Since 2019, our clients have been able to use our highly professional studio in Prague's Palmovka district, located right by the metro station and easily accessible by all forms of public and private transport.
The large 33 m² discussion room offers a flexible layout for focus groups, individual interviews, sensory tests and many other methods.
Movable walls allow it to be adapted precisely to the needs of each project. Thanks to our sensory testing experience, all testing stations have comparable dimensions, lighting and other conditions.
The studio includes a versatile shelving unit more than five metres long. Its technical design allows the number, spacing and depth of the individual shelves to be changed.
The studio room is equipped with audiovisual technology that covers the entire space in any layout. Remote-controlled cameras can be adjusted during observation without disrupting the project.
Our studio provides comfortable facilities for clients. The main client room is separated from the discussion room by a full-wall, 4 × 2.5 m one-way mirror, allowing direct observation by larger groups. Large-format screens are also available.
A second client room with two large television screens can be used to observe activity in the studio as well as online streams from projects taking place off-site. It is also suitable for VIP interviews with physicians, managers and other demanding target groups.
Several separate rooms make it possible to listen to different language versions without headphones; wireless headphones are also available throughout the premises.
Our services include full catering, tailored to individual requirements, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Professional sensory testing requires comprehensive facilities. Our studio includes a kitchen with space for sample preparation and anonymisation, sample storage capacity and powerful refrigeration equipment.
The equipment supports the preparation of both chilled and hot samples. It includes conventional and microwave ovens, hot plates, beverage warmers, and a complete range of kitchenware and utensils for preparing and serving samples.
Testing stations can be monitored live from the kitchen, with both current and prepared samples tracked online. Robust electrical installations ensure that appliances such as hot plates, ovens, washing machines and spin dryers can be connected safely.
The studio has a guaranteed high-speed fibre-optic internet connection.
Focus groups and individual interviews are recorded fully digitally at the highest quality. Our technology can combine recordings from multiple cameras into a single image.
Online streaming is standard. We tailor our own software solution to each project's requirements, enabling features such as simultaneous streaming in two language versions. We also support third-party solutions including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Interpreters have a separate soundproof booth, allowing clients to listen aloud in their preferred language. If requested, interpreters can also be present directly in the observation room.
